Day 7-9 #blurtfoundation
Day 7- Learn
For me learning is a lifelong habit. It doesn't stop when you become a "adult" heck i'm nearly 20 this year and sometimes i still feel like i'm the crazy 14 year old who wastes her time on you tube (which to this day im still guilty of doing) looking back i wish i had realised the value of being a lifelong learner and spent more time in libraries reading books. As a child i was a avid reader and spent over half my day with a nose stuck in a book living in fantasy worlds in my mind but those awkward teen years of 12-17 i went on a reading hiatus and didn't read as much as i use to. Then last year i decided to read 50 books in a year and i smashed that goal and went up to 70-80 books that i read that year. So i say to you, never stop being a lifelong learner even if its not reading. Go outside (travel too!) ask questions about anything and everything, get out of your comfort zone and interact with new people and make new friends who come from all walks of life. :)
Day 8- Re charge
how do you re-charge?
As a Ambivert living in a eternal struggle of wanting be around people but also wanting to be alone i have come up with some ways to give myself that recharge when i'm either feeling extroverted and need to be around people but can't or when i'm being a hermit and haven't gone out of the house in days and i have to go out for something but really really don't want to.
How extroverted me recharges:
Call my boyfriend if i'm feeling a bit devoid of human interaction and i talk to him about anything and everything.
Go for a walk and say hi/ chat to the people you pass. i live in a small town where this is really common and it's such a joy to talk to someone new
Watch youtubers Q and A's or vlogs, it makes me feel like im with them and its amazing especially to watch youtubers in different countries and see the different places they live in.
How introverted me recharges:
Read a book.
Meditate
Do some art
Play with my pets
Have a bath!
Day 9- Lemons
