Day 29+30 Soothe and Appreciate #blurtselfcareathon
Soothe + Appreciate
as we reach the end of #blurtselfcareathon i decided to bundle the last two together because im very late in writing this post and because i think the two go together!
I believe that appreciating someone,something or even everything around you can sooth you if you are having a tough time or you are going through a difficult period in your life, for example making yourself a cup of tea because you're cold and appreciating the warmth blossom over your cold hands is one that is soothing. Going through a difficult or daunting task and having someone there to encourage and help you when needed can soothe you, make you appreciate them being there for you and make it feel like the task is easier to tackle or start.
